Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
* The product received is damaged or defective.
* The wrong product has been delivered.
* The product received is significantly different from the product ordered.
To initiate a return request, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging as proof.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

* Products purchased during special sales or promotional offers
* Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, gift packaging charges, and any applicable handling fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged Shipments

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately. Claims without proper evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
